AI and Uploaded Images
When users request AI image work, uploaded or selected images and prompts may be sent to the configured AI provider so the requested design, lighting, cutout, or hardscape result can be generated.
Sharing
Data may be processed by hosting, database, storage, analytics, AI, email, and operational vendors that support the software. Landscape Doctor does not need to sell personal information to provide the product.
Retention and Security
Records are kept as needed for product functionality, customer service, audits, and business operations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Users can request updates or removal of account and project information through the Contact page or dashboard Support area, subject to operational and legal retention needs.
