These terms describe the review and use of Landscape Doctor software, including the public site, dashboard, CRM, Map Mate, design tools, imaging tools, support forms, and proposal workflows.
Account Access
Users are responsible for the accuracy of account, company, lead, project, and proposal information entered into the system. Free accounts may be limited, modified, or upgraded as the product moves from demo to production.
Contractor Content
Users may upload photos, project notes, brand assets, lead data, and proposal details. Users must have the right to use the materials they upload and should avoid adding private, unsafe, or unlawful content.
AI Outputs
AI-generated images, concepts, copy, and recommendations are planning aids. Users should review all outputs before presenting them to customers, ordering materials, installing work, or making business decisions.
Service Availability
The software may depend on third-party services for hosting, maps, storage, analytics, OpenAI image generation, email, and related operations. Features can change as the product is improved.
No Professional Warranty
Landscape Doctor helps organize sales, design, and proposal work, but it does not replace professional judgment, site inspection, engineering, permitting, code review, or local compliance requirements.
