How does account access work?
Registration creates an access request. An admin reviews the user, approves access, and can later adjust the account role from the admin panel.
What can the Imaging area do?
Imaging lets users upload property photos, save original captures, generate AI design concepts, create lighting and hardscape variations, and attach visuals to projects or proposals.
What are Design Tools for?
Design Tools create cloud design concepts from typed prompts and project context, then store each result so it can be reviewed, reused, or connected to a proposal workflow.
What does Map Mate handle?
Map Mate tracks all non-lost CRM records on a map-style workflow so field teams can see matching status colors, scheduled meetings, proposal values, and route targets.
Can the CRM manage follow-ups?
Yes. CRM records leads, contact details, notes, status, priority, proposal value, scheduled meeting dates, and projects created under each CRM record.
Does the system create proposals?
Yes. Proposal tools build line items, totals, statuses, print views, and project-linked proposal records for homeowner review.
